New GradInnovative-IDM is offering the Viking Pathways Program to train the next generation of Field Service Technicians and Engineers. Participants will shadow experienced technicians, gaining hands-on experience in electrical schematics and programming, ultimately preparing for a solo career in the field.

Responsibilities
Shadow-train with senior Field Service Technicians and Engineers on real customer service calls
Gain understanding of electrical schematics, PLC programming, and AC drive commissioning and programming
Work and train in the UL508A panel shop and in the industrial electronic repairs depot
Participate in customer service activities including paperwork, billing, and parts procurement
Qualification
Required
Proven understanding of electrical schematics
PLC programming
AC drive commissioning and programming
Self-starters
Take initiative
Possess a teamwork mentality
Pursue self-learning via vendors' webinars, manuals and online content
