Responsibilities

The role of PD-1/PD-L1 in kidney resident memory T cell formation and immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced acute kidney injury (ICI-AKI): in this project, we will use various transgenic mice to decipher the role of PD-1/PD-L1 in different immune cell types (T cell and myeloid cell) in Trm biology
The role of DAF/CD55 regulating complement activation in AKI: in this project, we will employ different murine AKI models to understand how complement activation modulate kidney injury
Mouse-related work: managing colony, genotyping, collecting urine/cheek blood, drug administration, sacrificing mice for downstream analysis
In vitro work: cell culture, qPCR, Western Blotting, and any commonly used techniques in the wet lab
