This role involves establishing and growing referral relationships with physicians and other providers to increase hospice census, along with developing and implementing marketing plans.

Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources
Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs
Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations
Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic through geographic planning, completion of daily marketing/admission action plans, targeting account assignments, adherence to account assignments, sales call frequency, strategy for account development, and vertical account development
Manage marketing/sales budgets
Track and evaluate referrals
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants
Qualification
Required
Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required
This is an on-the-road position that requires the candidate to have an insured vehicle
Preferred
Experience in sales and marketing preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
