Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization focused on providing impactful ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. The role of a BCBA involves managing and supervising staff, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and training families to ensure effective and holistic care for clients.

Family

Responsibilities

Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery

Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans

Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success

Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients

Qualification

BCBA CertificationMaster's in ABAInterdisciplinary CollaborationFunctional Behavior AssessmentsPassion for Autism TherapyCommunication Skills

Required

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field

Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
