CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Director of Operations for the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Clinician Group. This role is accountable for the leadership and implementation of services in assigned departments, ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and collaboration across departments to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Accountable for the leadership, direction, and implementation of services in assigned departments for the CHRISTUS St. Vincent Clinician Group
Ensures the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care and that key organizational goals are met
Promotes high levels of experience and engagement with patients, providers, and associates by proactively addressing concerns through meaningful measures and interventions
Responsible for collaboration with other departments across CSV and CHRISTUS Health to develop and implement plans, achieve goals, and promote sustainable growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
Five years of experience in healthcare operational leadership or related field can substitute for degree
Five or more years of related management experience
Demonstrates the ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment to ensure efficient operational leadership
Collaborates effectively across matrixed organizations, facilitating alignment with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational success
Communicates in a clear and persuasive manner, both verbally and in writing, to support effective operational leadership
Upholds the highest standards of personal, ethical, and professional behavior, modeling operational excellence for others
Applies analytical expertise to optimize operational performance and accomplish organizational objectives
Utilizes strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex operational challenges
Effectively manages and resolves conflicts within teams and across departments by promoting open dialogue, identifying root causes, and facilitating mutually beneficial solutions to support organizational harmony and productivity
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
Manual dexterity to operate standard office and clinical equipment
Occasional lifting or moving of items up to twenty-five pounds may be required
Visual and auditory acuity sufficient to perform job duties, including reviewing documents and participating in meetings
Ability to drive own vehicle and travel between clinic sites (local and state-wide) and attend off-site meetings, as necessary
Preferred
Master's degree highly preferred
Additional appropriate education (e.g., MBA, MHA) may substitute for three years of management experience
