Responsibilities
Own full P&L responsibility for New Home Mortgage
Lead and scale national mortgage operations, including processing, underwriting, closing, post‑close, and compliance
Design and implement the operating structure, systems, and workflows required for national scale
Establish performance metrics, operating cadence, and KPI discipline across the organization
Partner closely with executive leadership across sales, finance, and capital markets to ensure enterprise alignment and execution
Ensure operational excellence that supports builder sales velocity and customer experience
Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing leadership team
Maintain regulatory compliance while enabling speed and growth
Serve as a senior representative of New Home Mortgage with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
