Qualification
Required

Primarily focused on supervision and administrative duties
Includes inventory control, ordering supplies, monitoring work quality, training custodial staff, and enforcing cleaning and safety standards
Works independently with minimal supervision
Maintains regular communication with management
Reports maintenance needs
Supports and coaches custodial staff
Position does not have authority to administer formal discipline
Irregular hours and other duties as assigned may be required
