Customer Service Representative
CemSites is a subsidiary of The Messenger Co. dedicated to improving cemetery workflows with innovative tools. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions, technical support, and feedback to enhance product development.
Responsibilities
Customer service via telephone, chat, and email
Troubleshooting technical problems for customers
Becoming experts in our products and services
Being an empathetic and friendly voice of our company
Collaborating well to provide the best solutions to customer challenges
Multi-tasking in a fast-paced, technical environment
Demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving and proactive support
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the software features, including new developments
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent like a GED)
2+ years of customer/phone/chat support of software products and/or other computer technology
Computer Skills
Strong Communication skills both verbally and written
Interpersonal skills
