Assemble patient charts for admissions / transfers / discharges per facility policy

Distribute mail and announcements and post memos

Dispatch messages to and from other departments

Deliver mail (incoming / outgoing) for units

Ensure adequate supply of forms and supplies

Obtain lab, x-ray, and consult reports

Identify and report equipment or environmental problems promptly for correction

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
