The Marketing Greeter serves as the first point of contact for resort guests, engaging them and directing them to marketing opportunities related to vacation ownership and events.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage resort guests with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

Proactively direct guests to marketing kiosks or booths to learn about vacation ownership opportunities, resort events, hotel promotions, and theme park packages

Share basic resort information and answer general guest inquiries about amenities, services, dining, and attractions

Build excitement and encourage guests to participate in presentations and promotions

Partner with the marketing and events teams to support guest flow and drive attendance

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the resort brand

Adapt quickly to changing guest volumes and marketing needs in a fast-paced environment

Perform other guest service and marketing support duties as needed

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Outgoing, people-oriented personality with strong communication skills

Ability to confidently approach and engage guests

Must be comfortable working in high-traffic areas with diverse guest interactions

Flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic resort environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25–50 pounds

Must pass a background check and drug screening (WD is a drug-free workplace)

Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year of customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience preferred
