Represent corporate policyholders in insurance recovery litigation

Draft and argue dispositive motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts

Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and handle hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

Analyze and litigate issues involving complex insurance policies (CGL, D&O, E&O, property, cyber, environmental, and other commercial coverages)

Develop case strategy and work closely with business clients

Conduct legal research and writing

Required

5+ years of recent law firm experience representing corporate policyholders in insurance recovery litigation

Substantial experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, pleadings, and briefs in state and federal courts

Proven track record in all phases of litigation, including managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

Skilled in analyzing and litigating issues involving complex insurance policies (CGL, D&O, E&O, property, cyber, environmental, and other commercial coverages)

Demonstrated ability to develop case strategy and work closely with business clients

Exceptional legal research and writing skills

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Licensed to practice law and in good standing
