Senior Program Manager with deep experience running enterprise-scale transformation programs, specifically legacy-to-modern and mainframe modernization initiatives. This is a delivery-heavy role, not PMO reporting only

Required

10+ years leading large enterprise technology programs
Direct ownership of legacy-to-modern or mainframe modernization initiatives
Hands-on exposure to mainframe environments; COBOL migration is a strong plus
Experience operating in ambiguity (requirements not locked upfront)
Proven executive communication and facilitation skills
Led or supported programs in the $100M+ range or equivalent scale

Preferred

Prior experience in regulated or highly complex enterprise environments
Multi-vendor or SI-led program experience
Strong financial governance and dependency management skills
