Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance duties of the property including, but not limited to: working with small hand tools, painting, drain cleaning, plumbing fixture repair and changing light bulbs in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve the highest guest satisfaction while complying with required standards of performance
Provide preventive maintenance to guest rooms, public areas, pools and select equipment of the property and update/maintain appropriate logs
Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment
Work with forklifts to assist with checking in, distributing and storing incoming products and guest packages
Qualification
Required
Good customer service and the ability to use hand tools and power tools are required
Must have open availability, to include nights, weekends, holidays
Must be able to work without direct supervision and be able to multi-task
Must communicate effectively with guests & fellow team members
Cleans and maintains areas as assigned
Must be able to provide a valid Driver's License
Preferred
Strong painting skills
Previous experience in construction and carpentry
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as well as knowledge and skills on tools used
Forklift experience
