Stock Yards Bank & Trust is a financial institution with a strong presence in Kentucky and Indiana. As an EFT Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the EFT Services team, ensuring quality customer service, and monitoring daily operations to meet service levels.

Responsibilities

Lead EFT Services team members as they respond to requests via the phone or via email to ensure a quality experience for our customers

Handle escalated calls as required and set the example for the team on appropriate handling of all customer issues

Monitors daily incoming work to ensure required service levels are being maintained

Ensures EFT Services tracking of daily work is accurately reported on a daily basis. Also, complete Departmental Metrics report at month end for Department Manager as needed

Assist with Departmental Projects and Imaging as needed

Monitor daily operational functions of the entire EFT Services Team

Exercise duties and responsibilities in a manner that demonstrates self- accountability and supports a team environment

Backup assistant for the whole department when team members are out of the office

Work with all team members and management to ensure Department procedures are up-to-date and maintained on department’s shared drive

Participate and support the Department Manager in strategic planning Assist in training activities for new hires and existing team members
