Responsibilities

Perform security monitoring tasks to evaluate Marex's systems, network and data
Analyze potential incidents
Support vulnerability management efforts, including scanning, tracking, and remediation follow-ups
Assist in performing third-party security assessments
Support security assessments of Marex’s applications, systems, and technologies
Keep Information Security documentation accurate and up to date
Help review and update security policies, procedures, and standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives and projects
Contribute to security awareness and training campaigns
Provide support to Technology SMEs as part of internal and external audit engagements
Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks
Stay current on industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements related to IT, cybersecurity, and risk management
Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies
Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with
Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values
At all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct
To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/or your supervisor as required

To provide input to risk management processes, as required

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field required
Genuine interest in one or more of the program's departmental tracks
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT
