Responsibilities
Monitor and manage maintenance expenses to stay within budget
Inspect community grounds every morning
Perform unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and maintenance of vacant units
Complete maintenance requests promptly
Prepare vacant units for new residents
Conduct preventative maintenance activities
Maintain landscaping, including bushes, trees, and lawns
Perform snow removal on community sidewalks and maintain records
Keep maintenance logs and records for all units and the site
Ensure all tools, equipment, and replacement parts are in working condition
Provide emergency resident support after office hours
Supervise contractors working on-site
Conduct quarterly unit inspections
Carry out other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of maintenance experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Basic math skills
Strong reasoning skills and common sense understanding of instructions
Beginner skills with MS Outlook and MS Word
Preferred
HVAC/EPA certification preferred
