They are seeking an HR Programs & Operations Manager to lead enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives while executing core HR Generalist functions to support organizational growth and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR programs, projects, and initiatives

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and success metrics

Coordinate and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support execution

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change management activities

Prepare executive-level updates, reporting, and documentation

Provide guidance to employees and managers on employee relations matters

Support corrective actions, investigations, and performance management processes

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws

Support employee onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding processes

Maintain accuracy and integrity of HR data, systems, and reporting
