Senior Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities
Responsible for all full-cycle human resources functions, including, but not limited to: recruitment; new hire onboarding and orientation; credentialing; benefits administration, open enrollment, and reconciliation of invoices; reviewing and processing leaves; managing employee changes in the HRIS, employee relations, retention efforts, offboarding processes; report requests, including the completion of EEOC data; and employee appreciation events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
Minimum of four (4) years of experience as Human Resources Generalist, preferably in a healthcare environment, with responsibility for: ADP Workforce Now or other similar HRIS platform, Benefits, including audits of records, Leave processing, Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, Employee relations, including investigations, Regulatory reporting, and Employee appreciation event management
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred
Strongly preferred bilingual English/Spanish
