Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain robust, well-tested software with a focus on scalability and simplicity
Partner with business stakeholders to define, design, and deliver key product features
Work across the full stack with emphasis on server-side development using Kotlin
Enhance and oversee CI/CD pipelines and support production environments (DevOps)
Apply Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and other XP practices
Collaborate with platform and engineering leads to align with strategic technology initiatives
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards

Qualification

Required

Strong experience in Kotlin development or Java/Scala with willingness to cross-train

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented or Functional Programming principles
Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work hybrid in New York, NY
