Responsibilities
Lead facility planning, design, construction, and maintenance projects
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Support new vehicle launches with facility readiness and optimization
Manage project budgets, timelines, and execution
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
Solve facility-related issues impacting production efficiency
Oversee utility feeds and utility management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Facility Engineer or similar role in automotive manufacturing
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and facility management principles
Experience in project management, budgeting, and execution
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
PE license and advanced degree are a plus
Certification in Facility Management (CFM) is a plus
