Responsibilities
Initiates outbound calls and also follows up on warm leads
Understand customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve quotas
Accepts merchant applications from prospects and submits the data to Boarding Team
Adds all leads and prospects into the corporate CRM promptly
Able to analyze merchant statements is a plus, but not required
Remains the relationship manager for each new merchant that is boarded
Works between internal departments to assist in getting merchant apps approved
Maintains effective professional relationship with merchants and internal employees
Works with absolute honesty and integrity and has a team player mentality
Sets priorities and organizes work effectively within general guidelines established by the company
Qualification
Required
Strong phone presence and rapport-building skills
Track record of over-achieving quota
Excellent communication skills, including: verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills
PC literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience
Ability to function in high-pressure situations
Must have excellent time management skills
Strong work ethic with a passion to succeed
Organized and efficient to navigate between tasks easily
Proven Inside Sales experience
Preferred
Merchant/Cash Advance Sales experience preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Outlook and CRM software a plus
Able to analyze merchant statements is a plus, but not required
