Conflicts Analyst
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is a leading National Law Firm actively seeking a Conflicts Analyst or Manager to support their growing practice. The role involves conducting comprehensive due diligence on clients, overseeing the conflicts database, and advising attorneys on conflict inquiries.

Responsibilities
Comprehensive Due Diligence: Perform in-depth research on prospective clients and corporate affiliates to identify potential legal, ethical, or commercial conflicts of interest
Database Stewardship: Oversee the integrity and maintenance of the firm’s conflicts database, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily searchable
Risk Mitigation & Ethical Walling: Design and implement robust information barriers ("ethical walls") to protect client confidentiality and monitor firm-wide compliance with these protocols
Internal Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing timely and accurate guidance to attorneys and staff on complex conflicts inquiries and firm policies
Attorney Onboarding: Lead the integration of new legal hires by providing comprehensive briefings on Hausfeld’s conflicts systems, search protocols, and ethical standards
Systems Innovation: Proactively evaluate and recommend emerging legal technology and software solutions to automate workflows and enhance the speed of the conflicts clearance process
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience working in Conflicts Analysis
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working with Intapp software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
