Responsibilities

Act as strategic financial advisor to the President
Provide daily oversight of financial performance, liquidity, and capital
Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and stress testing
Oversee liquidity strategy, including loans, lines, and FHLB programs
Ensure execution of liquidity and financial policies
Train and elevate the current finance team
Lead the hiring of a Controller replacement
