Assess the complex and sensitive training needs of MSH

Assist in the development of a comprehensive training plan to address the needs based on the goals and objectives of the Department of State Hospitals

Perform work of average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative and analytical staff services assignments such as program evaluation and planning

Systems development

Training

Personnel analysis

Assistance in coordinating and maintaining the hospital's training programs

Organizing new training and monitor state compliance and identified DSH-required trainings

Provide technical services including audio-visual support to maintain the mission of the Training Office

May be required to work weekends and light statewide travel
