Responsibilities

Overseeing procurement activities for professional services categories, including consulting, legal, HR, and IT services

Negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), rate cards, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), SLAs/KPIs, and change-control mechanisms to ensure cost transparency and delivery accountability

Managing the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and compliance reviews

Collaborating with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business requirements

Monitoring vendor performance against KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Delivering measurable cost efficiencies and value through effective negotiations

Required

Experience with procuring professional services categories, including consulting, legal, HR, software development, and IT services

Experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), rate cards, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), SLAs/KPIs, and change-control mechanisms to ensure cost transparency and delivery accountability

Experience in managing supplier relationships

Experience and knowledge of procurement processes, contract terms, and compliance standards

Experience with IT outsourcing, cloud services, and royalty/licensing arrangements

Experience with commercial contracting and negotiation, including the ability to assess financial implications accurately to support decisions

Experience with Microsoft applications, financial controls, approval workflows, and contract administration processes

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
