Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing small projects or designated portions of larger projects. Conducts field evaluations and assessments
Conduct field evaluations and assessments
Support design layout efforts, including researching, compiling information, drafting, and creating graphic packages for assigned projects
Assist in evaluating re-zonings, ordinance amendments, site plans, special use permits, variances, and other development proposals
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a NAAB-accredited four- or five-year planning/architecture program or a Planning/Urban Design program
Strong skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and the preparation of presentation materials
2–3 years of experience in architectural planning and/or urban design
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions
Preferred
Including a link to an online portfolio is a huge plus!
