Responsibilities

Accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives by supporting reporting and analytics requirements
Clean, blend, and automate complex datasets using SQL or PL/SQL and ETL tools
Build engaging and informative dashboards in Tableau to visualize performance metrics
Apply advanced data analytics techniques to create transparency into operational milestones
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualification

SQLPL/SQLTableauETL techniquesData analyticsExcelReal Estate applicationsCommunication skills

Required

Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel
Expertise in SQL or PL/SQL and ETL techniques using tools like Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx
Ability to clean, blend, and automate large, unique datasets from multiple sources
Experience building dashboards in Tableau with a mix of technical and applied analytics skills
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, etc.) preferred; Master's degree is a plus

Preferred

Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo
Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences with polished communication skills
