Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce Health Cloud customizations using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows

Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage multiple data interfaces

Collaborate with Admins and stakeholders to improve user workflows and system efficiency

Support vendor software installations, upgrades, and patches; conduct system compatibility testing

Lead a small team to bring software development in-house

Monitor workflows, resolve technical issues, and escalate risks appropriately

Participate in agile sprints using Jira and DevOps CI/CD toolsets
