Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for a Core banking platform Cloud migration
Manage executive stakeholder expectations and communication
Partner closely with a third-party vendor and internal IT and operations teams
Anticipate downstream impacts related to testing, integrations, data, and change management
Build and maintain a clear, executable project roadmap
Coach and mentor other project managers as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a senior Project Manager
Recent, relevant experience in banking or financial services
Direct experience leading projects involving core banking platform changes (conversions, migrations, acquisitions, or major upgrades)
Strong command of PM best practices (PMBOK-based)
PMP certification
Experience with Smartsheet
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to succeed in environments with limited or incomplete documentation
Values in-person collaboration and relationship-building
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Professional, anticipatory leadership style
Comfortable balancing vendor oversight with internal alignment
