Responsibilities
Architect and design modern frontend solutions using React and complementary frameworks
Define and implement front-end architecture patterns, including micro-frontends and micro-sites
Lead design decisions around server-side rendering (SSR), client-side rendering, and hybrid approaches
Establish best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability
Design and oversee frontend build pipelines using tools such as Webpack, Vite, and related ecosystems
Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and UX teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end solutions
Provide architectural guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to frontend engineers
Evaluate and recommend frontend technologies, frameworks, and tooling aligned to client and enterprise standards
Support client-facing discussions, translating business and experience requirements into technical designs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries
Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Rollup)
Proven experience designing and implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) solutions
Experience with micro-frontends and micro-sites architectures in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization, scalability, and long-term maintainability
Experience working in complex, distributed development environments
Ability to clearly communicate architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
