Express Employment Professionals is an industry leader in LED lighting seeking a dedicated Office & Accounting Manager to join their team in Chatsworth. The Office & Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations while managing core accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, focusing on execution, accuracy, and results.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organized workplace

Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Serve as the primary liaison with the overseas accounting team, providing support, documentation, and coordination as needed

Monitor cash flow, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Support month-end and year-end close processes in coordination with the accounting team

Identify process improvements and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency

Handle administrative functions and ad hoc projects as required by leadership

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager with direct AP and AR responsibilities

Bachelor's degree required

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Self-directed, reliable, and consistent with the ability to operate independently
