Account Representative

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Meeting customers directly face to face based on leads
Customer base including small to medium business owners, homeowners, property managers
Identify new business opportunities through research and networking to expand the client base
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, utilizing Salesforce for tracking and reporting
Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and competitive analysis
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in B2B sales is a plus
Strong understanding of sales management principles and strategies
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for business development
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
