Responsibilities
Receive and review vendor invoices, primarily via email
Print invoices and match them with corresponding packing slips
Verify accuracy of invoice details, including quantities, pricing, and purchase order information
Enter invoice data into the accounting system for payment processing
Maintain organized records of invoices, packing slips, and related documentation
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information
Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Associate degree in accounting or related field
Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting
