Responsibilities

Learn and grow within our Branch Network
Build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients
Uncover opportunities through needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate products and solutions
Observe skilled FCs and learn how to deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring

Qualification

Series 7 licenseSeries 66 licenseLifeHealth Insurance licenseFinancial services experienceBusiness developmentClient relationship buildingBrokerage products

Required

A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program)
A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)
A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment)

Preferred

2 years of experience in the financial services industry
Ability to leverage Business development experience
Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services
Openness to build strong client relationships
