Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RN)

Responsibilities

Supports and interprets NHCA vision and mission
Coordinatest the development and updates to resident care and clinical systems
Ensures clinical standards of care are developed and implemented consistent with company policy, business objectives and regulatory compliance plan
Provide timely guidance and support to facility nursing leaders
Provide ongoing education and communication regarding policy and procedure updates and clinical practice
Participates in QM reviews and development of reason maps for quality improvement process
Collects and validates monthly statistical data: Quality Measures, 5 Star Ratings, KPI outcomes
Provides onsite management of annual surveys and assistance with plan of correction
Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care

Required

Valid state RN license with 7+ years experience as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing environment
1+ yrs experience in a Regional Clinical Operations role for a multi-site LTPAC facility operator
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in nursing, clinical operations
Extensive experience and established track record of positive facility survey preparation and results
Ability to travel >50% within assigned territory
Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple facilities concurrently
Deadline driven, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
