The Hillman Group is seeking a Full Time Field Service Technician for their Robotics and Digital Solutions Division in the California East Bay Area. The role involves servicing and maintaining kiosks, performing repairs, and optimizing machine performance in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Re-stock and perform routine service on kiosks as needed (determined by demand at the machine, or schedule)
Perform on-call repairs or adjustments to the machine when the machine goes out of order
New kiosk Installations or swap newer kiosks of machines in the local area
Monitor machines in territory daily for issues and contact stores to resolve connectivity or power issues
Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines that are in Kiosk Tech’s possession
Grow revenue in territory by optimizing machine locations, uptime, product mix, store relationships, etc

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Experience with tools and troubleshooting mechanical problems
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English to include technical 'jargon'
Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
Ability to always represent Hillman professionally
Ability to work weekends when required
Must have an excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation with automobile insurance
Must have a reliable cell phone

Preferred

Background in electromechanical repair and maintenance
Prior experience in retail merchandising, field operations and customer service
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile
