Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent, however the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key
Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services
Technical Support: A Scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects. Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise
Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability
Brand Building: Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partners reputation and brand
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Salto products and deployment scenarios
Excellent problem-solving skills and detailed work output
Ability to provide excellent support to all partners and stakeholders
Willingness to travel and train partners and stakeholders
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
