Responsibilities

Translate your customers’ software needs and future goals into a plan by developing and implementing effective software architecture, code, and development processes
Use the latest software engineering best practices to design effective software systems
Manage multiple projects, teams, and team members
Help grow a team that develops the best solutions for our customers

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience as a team lead of full-stack software development teams of 5+ people
5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban
5+ years of experience using task management software, such as Jira
3+ years of experience with Java Spring
2+ years of experience with front-end frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Vue
2+ years of experience with using AWS services, such as EC2, Lambda, SQS, or SNS
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Preferred

Experience with large-scale Relational Databases
Experience with Angular
Experience with C# and .NET
Experience with OCI
Experience with large-scale text indexes
Experience with Oracle Database
Professional Cloud Computing Certifications
