Responsibilities

Knowledge Transfer and onboarding: Review existing materials to develop an understanding of customer landscape. This will include but not limited to test scripts, SOPs and business processes

Training: Conduct and lead training sessions for areas identified post go-live that require additional or supplemental training

Issues Documentation: Document incidents with detailed scripts and screenshots. Work with BAS team to resolve and test defects

Hypercare Support: Support the Census and BAS teams during the period of Hypercare. This may include working with users on issues, incident resolution or just in time training
