Prepare clients charts that have been requested, both into office and out of office
Distributes meeting agenda and minutes
Schedules and coordinate client visits
Collect copayments
May provide admin support to our prescribers
Prior authorization
Verifying insurances
Duties as needed to help facilitate need of the office
Qualification
Required
1 year of healthcare administration in office setting experience required
Ability to reliably commute to work
Experience managing prescriber schedules and messages
Should be detail oriented and have experience within the customer service industry
Excited to play their part to help ACS continue to provide comprehensive outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults
Candidate must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
Candidate must pass a CORI and drug test as well as other pre-employment documentation
Preferred
Associates Degree or Certificate preferred
