Retrieving orders from back-of-house storage

Delivering them curbside to the customer

Monitor alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders

Keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently

Greeting shoppers warmly

Resolving issues

Delivering orders curbside with care

Reviewing goals

Learning about new products and promotions

Preparing the store for success

Recovering the floor and fitting rooms

Updating signs and pricing

Restocking merchandise

Supporting any needed merchandise moves

Required

Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality

Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands

Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
