Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters

Conduct all aspects of case handling, including client intake, investigation, legal research, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

Represent clients in court, including pre-trial hearings, arbitrations, and trials as necessary

Maintain excellent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their case

Collaborate with the legal team to develop case strategies and ensure high-quality representation
