Required

Minimum 2 years of experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel), dispatching, and customer service

Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic team player
Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite daily
Professional appearance and conduct
Flexibility to work holiday shifts and extra hours as needed

Preferred

Experience with AutoTask or other service dispatch management software
