Responsibilities
Develops and implements marketing programs through magazine advertising, direct mail, trade shows, flyers, brochures, newsletters, social media, and the company website
Proofreads all marketing-related materials
Sets schedules and coordinates with colleagues, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
Actively recruits new talent in both in-person and phone-based interactions
Maintains excellent relationships with new and existing clients through follow-up calls, or in-person meetings
Implements employee engagement programs that contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture to further business growth
Monitors competitive activity and provides competition intelligence when appropriate
Take on various special projects related to employee engagement and company culture improvement
Assists with a wide range of company events, including new hire luncheons, trade shows, golf tournaments, community service events, and social gatherings
Facilitating Team Building Trainings and activities
Sets up and break down events and comfortable lifting boxes, supplies at trade shows, etc
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous experience of one to two years (1-2) in Sales and Marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, adept at calendar management, and familiarity with social media platforms
Working knowledge of graphics and printing programs and print media operations
Outstanding organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong commitment to meeting deadlines for critical tasks
Proficient proofreading, grammar, and copywriting skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends for social events as needed
