The Program Manager III is responsible for the execution and leadership of complex programs that have a significant impact on departmental or organizational goals
This role involves managing multiple high-priority projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring program success through effective stakeholder engagement
The Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Exercise significant decision-making authority in program planning, execution, and resource management, with a focus on strategic outcomes
Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to align program objectives with organizational goals and drive success
Provide leadership and direction to teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Implement best practices in quality assurance, developing strategies to optimize processes and continuous improvement
Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures
Develop and implement strategic plans for program execution, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and long-term goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field required
Seven (7) years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility of which at least four (4) years must be in program management OR comparable roles
Extensive experience in program management with a proven record of accomplishments
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies
Ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
Scope and Complexity: Lead complex programs with significant organizational impact, involving multiple high-priority projects and cross-functional teams
Decision Making: Exercise significant decision-making authority in program planning, execution, and resource management, with a focus on strategic outcomes
Stakeholder Interaction and Communication: Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to align program objectives with organizational goals and drive success
