The Business Development Manager will build market position by developing and negotiating deals within their assigned territory, maintaining relationships with Loan Officers, and participating in training and support activities.

Help structure loans

Subject matter expert – answer guideline and scenario questions

Training – help train interior and exterior customers

Operations – help identify any loans that have roadblocks to closing and help remove those roadblocks

Pipeline Management / Smart Series

Identify roadblocks in the process and help deliver solutions

Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualification

Mortgage ExperienceNon-QM ExperienceLoan StructuringPublic SpeakingOrganizational Skills

Required

Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Experience

Minimum 3 years of non-QM experience

Ability to structure loans

Excellent Organizational Skills

Good Public Speaking Skills

Preferred

College Degree – preferable

Mortgage Sales or Mortgage Sales assistant - preferable
