Responsibilities
Operate digital presses in a safe, accurate, and productive manner
Set up and run jobs to meet quality standards and production schedules
Perform daily operator-level maintenance and press checks
Load and unload various media and finished materials (up to 50 lbs.)
Inspect printed output to ensure color, registration, and overall quality
Complete required documentation related to time, materials, and quality control
Move completed jobs to the next stage of production and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of experience operating digital printing equipment preferred (or equivalent experience)
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work with production documentation and job tickets
Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Experience operating AGFA INCA, EFI VUTEK, or similar large-format digital presses
Background in wide-format or sign printing environments
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience printing on rigid and flexible substrates
Basic computer skills and comfort working with digital production systems
