Responsibilities

Serve as the primary record keeper for all student records, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Provide essential administrative support to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate task completion

Manage and maintain all student files, including scanning, linking, and data entry

Support all functions related to graduation, from ordering regalia to coordinating ceremonies

Act as a first point of contact for students, directing inquiries and providing general assistance

Qualification

Customer serviceRecord keepingOrganizational skillsBasic computingCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or completion of GED required

Two years of experience with customer service and basic administrative tasks

Two years of experience with file management, record keeping, or auditing

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Demonstrated, strong organizational skills

Knowledge of basic computing and word processing applications; intermediate 10-key speed
