Responsibilities
Update spreadsheets and data for accounts payable invoices and department needs
Handle accounts payable functions efficiently
Assist with a project to transition to a paperless process
Research and correct account discrepancies promptly
Receive and code all invoices, process payments, and manage payment receipts as needed
Qualification
Required
General accounting exposure
Ability to multitask effectively
Basic proficiency in Excel
Preferred
An associate's degree is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of accounting functions
Excellent data entry skills
Capability to meet strict deadlines and work with urgency
