Responsibilities
Training new team members of the sales scripts and managing book of business to obtain sales goals
Answering questions from team members
Monitoring sales performance and addressing deficiencies when necessary
Completing sales reports and other administrative work
Supporting the sales management team as needed
Continue to Sell at a high level
Ensure team members are adhering to their KPIS to help facilitate their development
Work together with team members from other departments to improve efficiency and overall results
Give prompt reports on crucial issues to direct senior officer, suggest solutions where obtainable
Establish working relationship with Client and other team members
Mentor and provide feedback to team members to gain success
Offer inspiration and training of team members on how to attain sales targets
Assist sales managers to increase sales via training on sales methods
Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming team members with help of sales manager
Qualification
Required
Successful previous experience as a sales representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent listening skills
Strong written communication skills
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Understanding of Microsoft products
Ability to analyze reports
High level of integrity and work ethic
Preferred
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field or demonstrated experience preferred
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
